When Roger wakes up and discovers he’s in heaven, his youth has been restored, and he is strong and vigorous, but even so, he finds that he must grow into his heavenly life. He finds heaven both unexpectedly similar to his life on earth and different from anything he’s ever imagined.
The Other Side of Heaven is a fresh creative interpretation of heaven. The themes of hard work, play, beauty, and eternal love make it relatable. It portrays a vision of heaven without the veil of abstract spirituality which gives us something concrete to hope for and challenges our understanding of what the Holy Spirit wants to do here on earth.
